Employment & localisation
Manufacturing in India supports local employment, deeper domestic capability and economic participation close to our facilities.
Responsible manufacturing goes beyond the production line. It creates skills, livelihoods, trust and stronger communities.

At PCT, we acknowledge our direct responsibility to society and remain committed to giving back to the communities in which we live and work. By supporting the Make in India initiative, we contribute to employment generation and increased localisation.
Skill development is central to that commitment. PCT works with local ITI colleges on certification programmes that impart mobile-manufacturing and industry-relevant skills, opening livelihood opportunities for young people in manufacturing.
