01Standards, law and professional conduct
Operations must be conducted honestly, openly and with respect for human rights and legitimate stakeholder interests. Employees must act professionally, comply with applicable laws, protect safety and ensure company statements are truthful and made in good faith.

06Suppliers, government and accountability
Suppliers and service providers should be selected fairly and share comparable ethical standards. Government engagement must be constructive and consistent with the Code. Every person working with PCT is accountable for conduct that supports the company's values and principles.
Whistle Blower Policy
Raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
Employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders are encouraged to report actual or potential violations of the Code, company policies or law. Reports made in good faith are handled with care, and every effort is made to preserve confidentiality.
Concerns may be raised with a direct manager or supervisor, a unit or factory head, Human Resources and Administration, the Executive Director or a member of senior management.
